Clock in and out with Time Tracking

With the new Time Tracking, your team can easily clock in and out for their shift directly from the navigation bar.

Automatic clock out

Once someone becomes inactive, they’ll be automatically clocked out. This way you can be confident your team is actively online and engaged during their shifts.

When there is no mouse movement or input, the user is considered inactive. The inactivity time is set in Settings > Time Tracking and has a minimum of 5 minutes.

Clock in reminder

If someone forgets to clock in, they’ll get a reminder to do so.

See who’s clocked in and chatting

From the Dashboard, managers can see at a glance who’s clocked in. This eliminates the need to check with the team individually.

Logged hours

View the total clocked hours, plus a detailed report of clocked in/out times in Employee Reports. So you spend less time checking employees individually and can rather rely on data.

You may have noticed Infloww is looking a little different. That’s because we’ve begun rolling out our new UI. It’s sleeker, more intuitive, and marks the beginning of a new era of Infloww.

Over the next few months, we’ll be introducing a lot of exciting new features, with more of our new look arriving alongside them.

Smart Lists are back and streamlined for a smoother, more efficient experience. We’ve focused on keeping the key functionalities that matters to you most.

These updates are designed to ensure the longevity and stability of Smart Lists, so you can continue to work smarter and more effectively.

What’s available:

  • Segment by total spend
  • Segment by new fans

What’s changing:

  • Smart Lists will no longer support creating segments by subscription length, expiring, or recently expired fans
  • Lists of these type will remain on OF, however won’t be updated

Messages Pro enhancements

We’ve introduced new permissions to enhance content security and improve PPV purchase transparency.

Add Media permission

The new “Add Media” permission stops team members from uploading media from their local computer. All user roles have this permission and it’s ON by default.

When toggled OFF:

  • Messages Pro: the “Add Media” button is hidden
  • Messages Basic: the button is disabled

Pasting media permission

This permission helps prevent team members from accidentally sending incorrect content (e.g., clipboard screenshots) to fans. All user roles have this permission and it’s ON by default.

When toggled OFF: users cannot paste media into messages

Updates to purchase notification

When a fan purchases a PPV, a purchase notification is sent. Now, it’s possible to check exactly which PPV was purchased.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve enhanced Creator Reports with new metrics–giving you more KPIs to analyze and optimize your creators’ performance.

New metrics:

  • New subscriptions
  • Recurring subscriptions
  • Contribution %
  • OF ranking
  • Following
  • Fans with renew on
  • Renew on %
  • New fans
  • Average spend per spender
  • Average spend per transaction
  • Average earnings per fan
  • Average subscription length

We’ve also added a date/time column to export files, and added a creator group filter.

Our top priority this quarter is stability. We’ve made significant investments in our infrastructure and expanded our team with top engineers and industry experts to ensure Infloww remains the most stable and reliable CRM for agencies.

With recent changes from Cloudflare and OnlyFans impacting platforms across the industry, we’ve taken proactive steps to strengthen performance and ensure uninterrupted operations:

  • Scaling infrastructure: expanding capacity to enhance platform stability
  • Advanced system monitoring: implementing real-time health checks to detect and resolve issues early
  • Performance optimization: improving speed, efficiency, and reliability across all systems
  • Enhanced proxy management: strengthening network performance and stability

We’re in the final testing phase, and in February, we will begin restoring the remaining features that were temporarily disabled.

SFW mode, Idle mode & more.

Safe For Work mode

Safely work in public with the new Safe For Work (SFW) mode. SFW mode blurs content while chatting or searching in Vault Pro, maintaining discretion in any environment.

To enable it, simply toggle it on in Messages Pro or use the shortcut:

  • Mac: cmd+shift+H
  • Windows: ctrl+shift+H

Idle mode

After 10 minutes of inactivity (no mouse movement or keyboard input), Messages Pro will enter idle mode:

To continue working in Messages Pro, simply select Return to Messages Pro. Messages Pro will resume its previous state and refresh the data.

More updates

Messages Pro:

  • We’ve added back the possibility to message all online fans
  • Added a Mute filter to the Online Fans list
  • Modify the default nickname of the creator

Settings:

  • We’ve optimized the time zone settings to include specific regions

Other enhancements:

  • Timed messages can’t be sent when the message is empty
  • The sent status in Vault Pro is now updating faster

Introducing: Split Inbox and more

Managing inboxes for big Creators can get chaotic. Employees compete over high-value clients, messages get missed, and VIPs go unanswered.

Split Inbox changes that.

  1. Choose the number of groups: each inbox can be split into up to 9 groups
  2. Assign employees to the groups: tell your employees which group they’re responsible for
  3. Filter the inbox: employees can then filter Messages Pro to display their assigned group/s.

We’ve launched Infloww v5.1.1

What’s new

This update introduces new features designed to make content management and quality control workflows more efficient, saving you valuable time.

Vault Pro:

  • Bulk upload, batch edit, and organize media files in one place, simplifying media management and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks.
  • Tag co-Creators, assign categories, add detailed notes, and suggest PPV prices, improving content organization and making it easier to manage and find media.
  • View historical data in Messages Pro, including sending status, purchase status, pricing history, and tags, providing better visibility over your content.

Message Dashboard:

  • Manage all direct messages and OF mass messages sent by your employees in a centralized hub, streamlining quality control.
  • Track message sales and employee reply times, as well as monitor for compliance issues, allowing for more efficient oversight.
  • Unsend messages and open conversations directly from the dashboard, giving greater control and context to team interactions.

Other updates:

  • We’ve introduced separate permissions for Messages Basic and Pro, giving you more control over what messaging tools your team can access.
  • You can now auto-withdraw Online Fan Messages after a set time, read or unread.
