We’ve improved how Vault Pro handles deleted media.

When a media file is deleted, any scripts, timed messages, priority mass message (PMM) or automated message that references it are now automatically updated.

This ensures the deleted media won’t be sent again. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Overview:

This update makes sure your team isn’t sending outdated or missing media to your audience.

‘Notify me when fans are online’ removed

We’ve removed the Notify me when fans are online toggle in the Online Fans View of Messages Pro. This feature is no longer available due to OnlyFan’s WAF restrictions.

You can still:

• View which fans are currently online from the Online Fans list
• Send targeted mass messages or personalized DMs to online fans directly

When focus mode is on, new messages are queued instead of appearing at the top of the inbox—helping your team stay focused on older conversations without interruptions.

A new messages banner will show the number of unread messages. Click the banner anytime to refresh and view all new messages:

OFMM: Add purchasers to a list

Fans who purchase a PPV via OF mass message (OFMM) can now be added to a list via Smart Messages.

Just go to Smart Messages > Mass Messages > OF mass message. From there, you can select the PPV and add all to list.

Hola! Infloww is rolling out Spanish

You’re now able to set key UI elements to Spanish—like menus, submenus, and page titles. Adjust your language settings by going to Settings > Your preferences.

Updated notifications: so you don't miss a thing

Notifications (formerly known as System Notifications) have been updated to help you stay on top of what matters.

We’ve separated them into two categories:

• System notifications (e.g. proxy updates)
• Other notifications (e.g. permission updated, SFS requests, message withdrawals, & more)

Plus, we’ll store the notifications from the last 30 days.

OF mass messages

OnlyFans has removed the “Sent” and “Unsent” statuses for OF Mass Messages.

Our team is keeping an eye out in case they’re added back. For now, we’ve removed the Status filter from Smart Messages > Mass Messages > OF mass messages:

Advanced scripts beta

We've added a permission control to turn OFF the keyboard shortcut for scripts search (it's ON by default).

We've done this to reduce the learning curve for your team during the transition to new scripts.

Find the role setting under OnlyFans > Growth > Scripts > Quick search.

Additional enhancements

• Drag & drop script order is saved
• When using the / + keyboard shortcut, it will always show the last tab the employee was on. For example, if I was last on the "All" tab, the next time I use the / + keyboard shortcut, I will see the "All" results

• Remove the "use" button. Instead the employee can click anywhere to edit, then send the script or sequence step or double click to send directly
• Only the last script of the sequence will show an alert message
• Display the internal note when using the / + keyboard shortcut

Users no longer need to use the workaround described below.

Co-creator tags display and send as normal (without the need to preview the media).

We've identified an issue with how OnlyFans handles co-creator tagging.

Update 26 August 2025

Messages Basic (OnlyFans): When sending media with co-creators tagged, the tags don’t appear in the message edit bar. As a result, messages can be sent without co-creator tags being included. We have prepared a workaround (see below)

Messages Pro (Infloww): Due to these changes in OnlyFans’ code, co-creators were not displaying correctly when previewing Vault Media in both Vault Pro and Messages Pro. This has now been fixed (see below).

Other CRMs are currently affected by the OnlyFans tagging bug, but Infloww’s Messages Pro is not impacted by this issue.

[Workaround] Using co-creator content in Messages Pro

We’ve implemented a workaround for the OnlyFans tagging bug. Since this is an OnlyFans-native issue, we can’t resolve it directly. But this process means the tags are sent correctly.

1. Select Vault Pro
2. Preview the media
3. Close the preview
4. Select and add previewed media to your message

✅The tags will appear correctly.

Note: Tags with the status “Not verified yet” can be selected in Messages Pro, but they will disappear once the message is sent.

Previewing co-creators in Vault Pro

Co-creators are visible again when previewing in Vault Pro. To preview co-creators in Vault Pro, you need to:

List mode

1. Go to Vault Pro
2. Click the refresh icon (pictured below) next to each media item
3. The co-creator tag(s) will load

This is just a temporary solution. We’re working on a caching and real-time update mechanism to optimize this list view.

Card mode

1. Go to Vault Pro
2. Select the media to preview
3. The co-creator tag(s) will load

Here’s what’s new this week–all based on your feedback:

Vault labeling

While we work on bringing Vault Pro to Infloww for Fansly, we’ve added Vault labels to help you stay on top of what’s already been sent to fans. Visible through Scripts, these labels make it easy to avoid double-sending, keeping conversations smooth and personalized.

• Bought: Fan purchased the content
• Sent: Sent, but not purchased
• Unsent: Manually unsent
• Free: Sent for free
• Post: Shared to the feed

Sending content while chatting:

1. Create an empty script as a placeholder
2. Go to Messages > Scripts
3. Open the new script
4. Edit the message and add the content (under Media you’ll be able to see the labels)
5. Hit Send

Sending a Script to fan:

When sending a scripted message, your team can check if the included content has already been sent and make adjustments before sending.

Creating a new Script:

When adding a new script to your library, you’ll be able to see what content has already been posted to the feed.

Note: Labelling won't apply to historical messages, only from 7 August, 2025.

Wallet history export

Easily export the daily earnings and transaction data to track employee performance.

To export Wallet history:

1. Go to Creator Dashboard > Earnings
2. Scroll down to Wallet History and select Export
3. Choose your desired timeframe
4. Select Export. The download link will be sent to you.

Emoji keyboard

Your team can bookmark their favourite emojis and have easy access to them while chatting.

New permissions

We’ve added permission control to:

• Hide fan conversation
• Mute/unmute alerts
• Block the fan

When a user is granted ‘OFMM Statistics’ access to Messages Basic without 'Statistics' access, the Statistics page will display only OFMM-related records.

Unread message count

The count on the OnlyFans/Fansly platform toggle and Messages Pro (red circles) has been updated to only display the count of unread messages.

Advanced Scripts beta

To our agencies in the Advance Scripts beta, we’ve released an updated version that addresses some of the feedback. Huge thanks to everyone who took the time to share feedback!

Script search time

We’ve optimized the script search to deliver the results faster. You can still search by name, tag, or content but now, results will show in the Scripts view first to save time.

We cleaned up the tabs to make things simpler:

• All: Shows everything, including tag matches
• Scripts: Just results from Scripts
• Sequences: Just results from Sequences

And added the search bar directly in the Scripts box to save you a couple of clicks.

Re-order scripts

Drag-and-drop the scripts to re-order them within a Tag.

See who sent the script

Quickly see who last sent the script and when, to avoid resending it too often.

Sent number

On the Scripts management page, you’ll now see the exact number of times a script was sent (not a rounded number).

Vault labeling

When creating a new script, you’ll be able to see if content has already been posted on the feed.

SFW mode

We’ve enabled SFW mode so your team can work safely in public.

Show/hide media

We’ve added a toggle to hide media in scripts, so users can view more scripts at once with less scrolling.

You can also collapse the side menu now—giving you even more space to work with.

Restrict access to Scripts

We’ve added a permission control that will restrict access to scripts. When restricted, the user won’t see Scripts, or be able to search with the keyboard shortcut.
