New: Focus mode in Messages Pro

Your team can now enable focus mode while working in the All tab.

When focus mode is on, new messages are queued instead of appearing at the top of the inbox—helping your team stay focused on older conversations without interruptions.

A new messages banner will show the number of unread messages. Click the banner anytime to refresh and view all new messages:

To turn on focus mode, go to All and filter by Newest first:
