New Scripts: ordered sequences, faster sending, and more

We’ve given Scripts a major upgrade—making it easier than ever for your team to guide conversations and increase revenue.

What’s new:

• Sequences: Organize scripts into ordered storylines so your teams can easily guide conversations
• Faster sending: Use keyboard shortcuts to find and send scripts, speeding up chats
• Better visibility: See who last sent a script and when to avoid resending too often
• Customizable interface: Hide media or collapse the menu to view more scripts with less scrolling

Heads-up: the chat flow will look a little different, so we’ve recorded a short training to share with your team:

What's new:

1. Your team will be able to search for scripts via / + keyword

• Note: if you want to turn this function OFF to shorten the learning curve, you can do so in Role Settings under Messages Pro > Scripts

2. Click script once to edit, then send. Double click to send it straight away

3. Your tags and scripts will be in the same order, but displayed vertically instead of horizontally

1. You will have 2 tabs: Tags & Sequences

• Your existing scripts will be grouped under tags (as before)
• Sequences will be empty

2. To delete scripts, you will need to go to Manage scripts

3. See send (free & PPV scripts) + open, & bought metrics (only on PPV scripts)
