Data improvements for employee reports, sales records, and more

We’ve updated your Infloww with new reporting metrics, improved search capabilities, and more accurate data tracking. These changes are designed to help you monitor team performance and manage your agency with clearer insights and less noise.


Employee reports

  • Added a growth rate column to the Sales section to help you track performance trends at a glance
  • Added average response time (calculated based on clocked hours) for more accurate productivity tracking
  • Double-clicking a specific date in the date selector now selects only that day, instead of jumping to the following day
  • Data filtering now strictly aligns with your selected date range and organization permissions (also for shift scheduling)

Sales records

  • Exported Sales Records now include a Fan ID column for granular customer tracking and analysis
  • Deleted creators or fans now display correctly within the Message Database and Sales Records to ensure historical accuracy

Tracking links

  • A new search feature in the tracking link list removes the need for manual scrolling and helps you find what you need instantly

Settings and notifications

  • Updated the explanation copy for adjusting your agency’s time zone (under Your preferencesTime settings) to be more descriptive and intuitive
  • Redesigned the desktop notification settings page to make adjusting your preferences easier

Account logic

  • If an agency's account remains frozen for more than 7 days, all creators bound to that account are automatically deleted
